The procedure for gig bookings for promoters /
bands is as follows:-

EMAIL US here at the pub, (dani@theoldangel.com) to check availability for the date you want for your gig. Please check the GIG GIUDE section of our website prior to doing so as the date you want may already be taken. Please put the date you want in the subject field of your email.

We will let you know within three working days of your email whether your requested date is available and you then have one week to pay the deposit, during which time the date will be held pending receipt. Your deposit may no longer be paid at the pub – it must be sent it to the address on the "venue costs" page.

Deposits must be for the full cost of the gig and will not be refunded if the gig is cancelled within one month of the gig date. The gig wil only be confirmed and advertised on our website once the deposit has been paid!

When sending in your deposit, please let us know the names of the bands performing, what type of music and what you will be charging at the door, also send us digital & printed flyers for your gig, plus any Myspace / Facebook or website links to the bands playing, as well as short bios on the bands, along any bands logos for our website advertising.
